Segmentation Driven Dynamic Content
The Challenge:
How do we make large volume weekly emails more effective in targeting smaller audiences with prioritized content relevant to their needs and interests?
Solution:
Leveraging our database and dynamic content solutions, we created audience-specific modules to be placed as secondary content within the promotional emails.

• Hero module was a static promotion and the secondary module was dynamic.

• Seven unique populations were identified and targeted with additional messaging.

• A complex Email Program Control (EPC) matrix was put in place to ensure subscribers were not over-mailed.
The Results
A one-month snapshot:

+150,000 click-throughs, a 14% lift

+4,000 orders, a 77% lift

+$400,000 in incremental revenue, and 88% lift
Responsive Templates Drive Increased Revenue
The Challenge:
We wanted to move Lenox emails to responsive templates, but needed to prove the value first with a short-term test.
Solution:
Based on existing template layouts, we modified nine emails into responsive templates for an improved user experience.
The Results:
+8% higher CTR than static desktop

+25% mobile CTR, and in some cases even higher

+ 7% increase in overall revenue per email, with one example of a 388% increase

A high performance laptop painstakingly designed for serious gamers, the HP Omen is a new breed. The marketing for Omen reflects its sleek design and attention to detail. The goal was to both tease excitement about the new machine to gamers and to give this tech savvy audience a chance to marvel at the elements and features built with them in mind. Lightning fast processing, stunning graphics, full HD touchscreen, ports galore, a keyboard with dedicated gaming keys and color codes, and just some of the great HP Omen features. Game on.

HP continues to innovate with PCs and products that go above and beyond, all while adapting to the ways we work and live today. New product emails engage customers with close-up product views  from multiple angles. The 360° hinge on the sleek Spectre x360 provides incredible versatility, essentially being a laptop and tablet in one. The tiny and powerful Pavilion Mini is the desktop that goes anywhere. It literally fits in the palm of your hand, and performs like the big boys. And the Michael Bastian designed Chronowing puts HP in the smartwatch game, with a distinctively modern contender.
 
Sony Rewards – Payback Multichannel Holiday Campaign

Payback Is Sweet

It’s the most wonderful time of the year. From Cyber Monday through Christmas, our mission was to engage with a series of multichannel, redemption campaigns that encouraged members to redeem their Sony Rewards points.The Payback concept speaks to cashing in on the rewards members have earned as loyal customers. It also nods to the possibility of getting in good with friends and loved ones by gifting them some really cool stuff. Payback offered limited-time offers too good to pass up and extra incentives for really, really loyal members and exceeded all redemption goals.

Turning Engagement Up to 11

To re-engage members who had recently become inactive, we devised a promotion to reward member activities with up to 500 bonus points to kickstart this target audience back into high gear. Realizing they may have grown weary of product-focused communications, we put forth a simplified visual and added a bit of life to it. The close-up volume control is instantly recognizable and a clear focal point of the email. The communication is rounded out with additional details on how to claim bonus points and the messaging highlights how to use their points.

As part of Sony Rewards’ multi-channel holiday redemption campaign, we were asked to create a direct mail piece to launch our Holiday Payback concept. This vehicle was the first to showcase the look and feel of Payback—and encouraged rewards members to redeem their points for the hottest holiday gifts Sony has to offer. The result? A bold, engaging, multi-panel piece that cheered up mailboxes and revved up holiday sales.

More Rewarding: Meet the New Site

Website relaunches are a good opportunity to re-engage with customers but only when the marketing efforts and language are sincerely customer-focused. We worked with our client to hone the corporate narrative so that our creative would resonate with actual end users on what matters most: their phone. We were able to work in a few important ancillary benefits with conversational, human language into the creative – like increased personalization and preferences – without cluttering the design, confusing the message, or getting too far away from core user needs and language. We also carried this messaging and design through to the Sony Rewards Mobile App and various social feeds – and to a text-based service template for users that were not opted-in to marketing communications for a broader reach.
